Returns and refunds

Have you ordered or bought something that does not appeal to you? Then you can to return your order. DMLUXURY accepts returns if you notify us within 14 days after purchase.

What are the conditions for return items?

Items can be returned within 14 days after purchase if the item is clean, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or incomplete are therefore not eligible for a refund. Table books must still be in foil when returned. Custom-made items cannot be returned. Promotions, such as discounts, are not retroactive and will not be refunded.

How will my refund be processed?

As soon as we have received your return, we will transfer the purchase amount as soon as possible. Refunds are made according to your chosen method of payment.

How much does it cost to return items?

The return costs are for your own account. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us. We will then send you a return label with which you can return free of charge.

Liability for returns

Items are returned at your own risk. This means that DMLUXURY accepts no liability for damage or loss of returned items.

Complaints

Have you received a product with a manufacturing defect or other defect? Please send us an e-mail on info@dmluxury.com together with pictures of the defect, and together we will look for a suitable solution. Complaints can only be considered if we have been contacted in advance. Do not return your package until you have received a suitable solution from us.
