What are the delivery costs?
There are different delivery costs for the different destinations. We use a parcel service for the delivery of smaller, regular interior items. The tables from the DAMI collection are delivered full service by an experienced furniture transport company. See the table below for the rates for your country.
Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes. In the event that you fail to pay such duties and taxes or you fail to collect your order, and the order is then returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

When can I expect delivery?
Of course we do everything we can to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Orders that arrive before 13:00 hours will be processed and shipped the same day (DAMI collection excluded), except during weekends and holidays. The exact delivery time depends mainly on the shipping destination and/or if the item you ordered is in stock. We keep the environment in mind, which is why we recycle the shipping boxes from our suppliers. So it may happen that your item is packed in a shipping box you are not used to from us!
For the DAMI table collection the following delivery times are estimated based on the destinations (when in stock):
Delivery within 1 week after placing an order for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Delivery within 2 weeks after placing order for France and Germany
Delivery within 3 weeks after placing order for United Kingdom, Spain and Italy
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to deliver all items to you quickly, for example when it concerns a custom-made item or an item that is not in stock. The DAMI table collection consists for the most part of non-stock items because these are produced to order. On receipt of your order, the item will be taken into production immediately. We will then ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible. You will receive a delivery proposal from the furniture transport company.
When a DAMI table is in stock we will observe a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. When a DAMI table is not in stock and therefore still in production, the estimated delivery time is 6 weeks. For the Ruby and Sapphire models, the delivery time is 4 weeks.
When you order multiple items, we will do our utmost to have all the items delivered to you in one go. The DAMI table collection is delivered by an experienced furniture transport company. If you order a table together with other items, these will be delivered separately.
